The podcast I’m obsessed with right now

I’m a big fan of audio content.

I love that I can learn new things and interact with the world while going about my day, no matter where I am. I tend to oscillate between audiobooks and podcasts, and go through phases of mainly listening to one or the other. I’ve recently been going through the archives of one podcast in particular, and I’ve found the episode captivating.

‘Feel Better, Live More’, with Rangan Chatterjee

Honestly, this podcast has blown my mind on so many occasions. Rangan is a GP who has been taking his own journey through health, viewing it in a more holistic way than his medical training offered.
He interviews experts in health and wellness, covering topics like nutrition, mental health, and lifestyle medicine, and encourages listeners to take a more balanced and integrated approach to their health.
He clearly selects his guests very carefully, and prepares incredibly well ahead of the interview which results in very good interviews, focusing on factors like sleep, stress, and nutrition to improve overall quality of life.
It’s full of practical advice and inspiration for improving health and well-being, based on evidence-based insights.
Rangan also shares his own personal experiences and insights, drawing on his background as a medical doctor and his own journey towards better health.
